Josh Anderson is a Business Architect with a long history of successful leadership, IT knowledge, and creativity.
He began his IT career as a frontline support technician in a call center, supporting dial-up internet connections in the early 2000s. With a passion for helping others and solving problems, Josh earned the opportunity to take on roles of leadership. He honed his skills as a people manager in the unique environment that out-sourced call centers provide. Josh was able to directly manage hundreds of unique technicians in a relatively short period of time. This experience provided a foundation of invaluable insight into how to lead individuals, build teams, and drive meaningful change within organizations.
As a hands-on leader and manager, Josh developed a wide range of technical skills including programming, server administration, security, networking, and automation. In 2015 Josh took on his first Business Architect Role, capitalizing on technical, organizational, and managerial expertise to solve some of the most challenging problems in modern businesses.
